Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly
• Ability to climb ladders and stock shelves safely

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely, timely and efficiently
• Maintain an organized stockroom and storefront replenishment
• Execute markdowns and stock replenishment on the sales floor
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets
• Demonstrate personal accountability and a can-do attitude
• Uphold brand standards and dress code while on duty
• Communicate with customers professionally and respectfully
• Process shipments promptly and report to shifts with a positive attitude
• Contribute to Kirkland's Home values and team objectives
