Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Receiving Associate to process inbound and outbound merchandise and maintain a tidy, safe stockroom while supporting the selling team to ensure a positive customer experience. You will receive, sort, unpack, and dispatch items, ensure floor readiness and proper tagging, and help maximize stockroom space in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds; flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, prepare, and dispatch merchandise and supplies according to company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed; process price changes, damages, salvages, and job outs.
• Receive and record trailer deliveries, maximize stockroom space, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow operational procedures for access control, merchandise protection, risk management, receiving, processing, and fine jewelry.
• Support selling team members as needed.
