Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Receiving Support Associate in Massachusetts to help manage daily store logistics, merchandise receiving, and order fulfillment. You will ensure accurate processing of merchandise and timely completion of customer orders and store initiatives.

Responsibilities include processing receipts, locating and picking items, packing orders, supporting returns and price changes, and welcoming customers on the floor while using store technology and participating in major events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible retail schedule.
• Ability to stand/walk long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack customer orders using established policies and techniques.
• Support returns to vendors, price changes, damages, markdowns, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the sales floor, use store technology, and support major store events.
