Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Receiving Associate to support merchandise intake and stockroom operations. The role focuses on preparing items for the sales floor and maintaining a safe, organized receiving area that supports a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, tagging and pricing changes, and ensuring efficient use of space while adhering to safety procedures. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfort using computers and other technology.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, prepare, and dispatch merchandise and supplies according to company standards.
• Tag and ticket merchandise, process price changes and damages, and record trailer deliveries.
• Maximize stockroom space and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow operational procedures for access control, merchandise protection, risk management, and receiving.
• Support selling team members in providing a positive customer experience.
