Boater’s World Manufacturing Group in Chocowinity, North Carolina is seeking a hands-on Stockroom & Receiving Lead to manage daily receiving and stockroom activities. You will coordinate workflows, ensure inventory accuracy, and support production needs while training team members on procedures.

The role requires forklift experience and prior leadership in a manufacturing setting. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for process improvements.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing stockroom/receiving is required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Lead-level support, work direction, or training experience is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Chocowinity, North Carolina.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day workflow of receiving and stockroom operations.
• Provide direction to Stockroom & Receiving Associates.
• Lead putaway, picking, cycle counting, and material-delivery tasks.
• Train new employees on receiving, stockroom, and material-handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards.
