Job summary

Boater’s World Manufacturing Group in Chocowinity, NC is seeking an experienced Boat Assembly Supervisor to lead our on-site assembly operations. The role focuses on frontline leadership, coordinating staffing, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met throughout the boat assembly process.

The ideal candidate will spend significant time on the production floor, troubleshoot assembly issues, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in boat manufacturing preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.
Willingness to work on the production floor.
Experience with Lean manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily Boat Assembly operations on the floor.
Assign work and coordinate staffing to meet schedules.
Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Provide coaching and development to Assembly staff.
