Boater’s World Manufacturing Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Controller to lead the accounting and financial-control functions for our manufacturing operation in Chocowinity, North Carolina. This role will partner with plant leadership, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and corporate Finance to provide accurate financial information and improve product costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong costing, inventory, WIP, and COGS knowledge with manufacturing focus.
• Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting in ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Manage general ledger, close cycles, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory control.
