Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a store supervisor to lead operational processes, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving efficiency across freight, inventory, replenishment and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will train new hires on best practices, work with merchandising on product placement, and use KPIs to guide store performance. This is a full-time, on-site role with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to coach to daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely merchandise disposition practices.
• Direct floor replenishment based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Train new hires on operations, inventory procedures, productivity standards and Kohl’s tools and resources.
• Lead with integrity, coach associates, and ensure customer service excellence.
