Job summary

You will lead a team, coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing and Quality, ensure ITAR and ISO compliance, and drive continuous improvement in stockroom efficiency. The role requires 3–5 years in stockroom or warehouse, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; base compensation ranges from USD 71,000 to 85,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in stockroom/warehouse/material handling; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, material flow and warehouse practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stockroom activities; supervise, coach, and direct staff to ensure standards.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, kitting, stocking and material movement across the site.
• Maintain ITAR and ISO compliance; ensure safe, organized stockroom and storage areas.
• Partner with Planning, Production, Purchasing and Quality to support on time manufacturing.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and reporting; operate material handling equipment.
