The position requires a strong background in manufacturing with 7–10 years of progression, plus excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7–10 years of production management experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Experience with SPC, TQM, Lean, ISO standards.
• Ability to communicate with customers and manage cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for all production operations, engineering, planning, and facility maintenance to meet budget.
• Facilitate continuous improvement, lean cycle-time reduction concepts and plans.
• Create shipment forecast and oversee scheduling.
• Oversee inventory levels, manufacturing costs, and on-time delivery to customers.
• Promote ownership for product quality across teams.
• Lead facility maintenance for safety and regulatory compliance.
