Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams to coach to daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute freight unload, receiving, product processing and stockroom management.
• Maintain appropriate product levels on the sales floor and direct replenishment.
• Support training for new hires on operations best practices and inventory procedures.
• Support merchandising with product placement and brand standards.
• Lead with integrity, foster teamwork and model expected behavior.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and adjust resources as needed.
• Open/close store processes and provide direction as a key holder.
