Job summary

Carters Inc. is seeking a stock associate to support shipping/receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping activities.

The role partners with the store team to ensure a smooth replenishment process, accurate pricing, and proper merchandise flow to the sales floor, delivering a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized store, safeguarding safety policies, and coaching teammates on shipment and markdown best

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
• Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Customer focus on the sales floor and adherence to safety policies.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store and stockroom.
• Support replenishment and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Drive store results through organized stockroom and in-stock audits.
• Coach and collaborate with the team on shipment, presentation, and markdowns.
