Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Associate to support shipping/receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory control in a retail setting.

You will partner with the store team to ensure accurate product placement and a strong customer experience, handling stock duties, pricing checks, and merchandizing flow. Availability to meet business needs, including varied shifts, is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team and supervisor.
• Retail apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
• Adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
• Keeps stockroom neat, clean, and organized.
• Supports replenishment and timely merchandise flow to the floor.
• Assists with pricing accuracy through markdown audits.
• Supports loss prevention and safety awareness in store and stockroom.
• Coaches team on shipment, replenishment, and presentation best practices.
