Carter's is seeking a Full Time Stock Supervisor in the United States to lead stockroom operations and support store performance. You’ll organize stock, train teammates on replenishment, and uphold presentation standards while keeping a customer-first focus on the sales floor.

This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to meet store needs. You’ll help ensure accurate product flow, contribute to high service levels, and participate in safety and asset-protection

• Foster a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Recognize top performers and redirect as needed.
• Support store loyalty and omnichannel initiatives to drive engagement.
• Assist with asset protection and safety awareness in-store.
