Kirkland's Home is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role emphasizes urgency, safety, and efficiency in handling merchandise.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, maintaining an organized stockroom, executing markdowns, and supporting store operations while adhering to company standards and dress code. Weekend/evening availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Keep stockroom organized and orderly.
• Assist in product assembly, markdowns and replenishment on salesfloor.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Show personal accountability for individual performance.
• Offer customers respectful and professional service on the salesfloor.
• Support company branding by following dress code and standards.
• Move shipments promptly to stock and sales areas as needed.
• Maintain commitment to Kirkland's Home Values.
