Job summary

Sea Breeze is seeking a dependable Stockroom & Logistics Associate to support equipment and inventory operations in the Metro New York-New Jersey area. You will maintain an organized stockroom, replenish inventory, stage equipment for jobs, and process returned items for reuse.

The role includes 10–20% field support across New Jersey and New York. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, service tickets, and inventory transfers in Datacor ERP and TrackAbout, plus coordinating with

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable with limited supervision.
• Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and comfort with computers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store inventory and equipment in stockroom locations.
• Replenish equipment and supplies to maintain inventory levels.
• Select equipment for installations, deliveries, and pickups.
• Stage equipment for following day’s work.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering.
• Process returned equipment and place reusable items back in inventory.
• Pack and ship parts and equipment for repair.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
• Assist technicians and other departments in locating equipment and supplies.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate them appropriately.
• Spend 10–20% time assisting in the field.
• Manage Datacor ERP and TrackAbout including POs, tickets, transfers, invoicing, and vendor setup.
