Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring a Stock Lead for a Thornton, CO store. You will manage the stockroom, receiving, and transfers, while mentoring stock associates and ensuring safety and efficiency in all stock processes.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, maintain Visual Merchandising standards, and provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor. Experience in retail and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to train and develop stock associates.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with store leadership and customers.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom operations, ensure safe and efficient processes.
• Oversee receiving, storage, counting, and transfers of stock between locations.
• Support merchandising and floor replenishment to drive sales and service.
