Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Sales Lead in Thornton, CO to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store goals. You will stay current on products, promotions, and marketing initiatives, communicate the brand's sustainability commitments, and work as part of a dynamic team.

You will greet customers, manage cash register, check inventory, stock products, and maintain Visual Merchandising standards while promoting brand image and providing outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands vision and mission to your team and customers.
• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions.
• Explain return policy and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
• Operate cash register, handle money accurately, and check inventory daily.
