Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a stockroom associate in Cary, NC to receive shipments, maintain inventory records, and organize stockrooms and off-site locations.

You will assist the sales team by replenishing the sales floor, scan shipments, log merchandise, and ensure items are properly ticketed, shelved, and stored safely. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and reliability; full-time availability is expected, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with inventory, stockrooms or related work is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Scan shipments as delivered and stock merchandise in the stock room or on the sales floor.
• Provide feedback on inventory levels and damages to supervision.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories; ensure safe storage and proper ticketing.
• Assist on the sales floor during peak times and complete daily tasks.
