Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a stockroom/receiving associate to maintain accurate inventory records and support replenishment. The role involves scanning shipments, ticketing merchandise, and organizing stock across the stockroom and offsite locations.

You will work with the sales team to keep the floor stocked, help resolve discrepancies, and ensure safe storage and easy retrieval of products. Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered and ticket/store merchandise in the stockroom or for distribution.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on shelves or offsite locations.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Ensure stockroom procedures minimize loss and merchandise is properly stored and logged.
• May assist on sales floor during peak times and complete daily tasks.
