Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom Associate in Asheville, NC to receive shipments, maintain inventory records, and stock the floor.

You will support the sales team by replenishing merchandise and ensuring accurate ticketing and organization of the stockroom. Responsibilities include scanning deliveries, logging inventory, moving items to stockrooms or the sales floor, and helping with daily store maintenance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom experience.
• Experience operating scanning equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75–100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipment as delivered and ticket stock merchandise.
• Stock merchandise in the stock room or prepare for distribution to the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock on shelves or offsite locations.
• Ensure stockroom cleanliness and safety, minimize loss, and comply with policies.
