Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (West Elm) is seeking a stockroom associate to receive shipments, maintain inventory records and replenish the sales floor.

You will ensure accurate ticketing, logging, and organization of stock across stockrooms and off-site locations while supporting the sales team during peak times. The role emphasizes high customer service standards, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Stock merchandise in stockroom or for distribution to sales floor.
• Replenish sales floor after shipments or recovery periods.
• Organize stockroom by department and category.
• Ensure stockroom is clean and safe, tickets and logs are accurate.
