Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a stockroom associate to receive shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the sales floor. You will scan deliveries, replenish stock, and organize stockrooms and offsite locations with attention to detail and safety.

The role requires ability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend and climb ladders as needed, and provide exceptional customer service. Flexible availability for full-time and weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom experience.
• Basic product knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Scan shipments as delivered and stock merchandise.
• Replenish sales floor and organize stockroom by department.
• Log inventory levels and communicate damages or discrepancies.
• Move merchandise to offsite locations and ensure proper shelving.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in stockroom and on the sales floor.
