Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. in Richardson, TX is seeking a proactive Stockroom Associate to join our team on a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will manage inventory, operate heavy equipment, and support warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and distribution. Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS and RF scanners, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Demonstrated ability in manual handling, heavy lifting, and proper use of PPE.
• Experience in stock management, order picking & packing, quality control, and materials handling.
• Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and reach trucks following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Manage stock levels within the warehouse management system (WMS), ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including load & unload activities and documentation compliance.
• Conduct quality control checks during order picking and packing to meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment while adhering to manual handling safety procedures.
• Formulate communication to customers via email and telephone.
