On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking a Material Associate for the Repairs stockroom in Dallas, TX to store, organize, and distribute products while maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing orders for shipment.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift and move materials safely in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management Systems: Use inventory management systems to track, update, and maintain stock levels; ensure data accuracy.
• Stockroom Organization: Maintain an organized stockroom environment and designate storage locations for easy access.
• Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts to move materials within the repairs cage; follow safety protocols.
• Inventory Accuracy: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining precise records of stock received, stored, and distributed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Repairs Team Lead to address inventory or operational issues.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow safety guidelines and company policies during stockroom activities.
