Belfast Community Co-op is seeking a Stockroom Manager to lead the receiving area and stockroom operations. You will supervise Grocery Clerks, organize inventory, and ensure shelves are fully stocked and accurately displayed to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage staffing, training, and workflow in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position aligned with our member-owned co-op values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/stocking environment.
• Ability to lead a large team toward a shared goal.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise department staff.
• Manage receiving room and sales floor operations to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and product rotation to ensure availability.
