Responsibilities

• Lead grocery department operations including ordering, inventory control, and labor management.
• Coordinate ordering and pricing, ensure up-to-date price labeling and shelf tags; audit weekly.
• Audit invoices, price changes, and product additions; ensure accurate deliveries and returns.
• Maintain department standards for cleanliness, planograms, and product rotation.
• Develop training and performance standards for staff; manage scheduling within labor budget.
• Collaborate with store leadership on budgeting, profitability, and customer service improvements.
