Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks an Inventory Associate to receive shipments, maintain accurate records, and organize stockrooms. You will support the sales team by replenishing shelves, storing merchandise securely, and logging items for audit trails.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of stocking or stockroom experience, and familiarity with scanning equipment. This is a full-time role with opportunities to work on the sales floor during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock by department.
• Monitor stock levels and report damages to supervisor.
• Store, ticket, and log merchandise for replenishment.
• Prepare items for customer deliveries and pack securely.
• Lift and move items safely using proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and replenish sales floor during peak periods.
• Organize stockroom by department and locate merchandise quickly.
• Maintain clean, safe stockrooms and off-site locations.
• Assist customers and sales team when needed to support inventory flow.
• Complete daily tasks and follow store policies.
