Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom/Inventory Associate to receive shipments, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure products are properly ticketed and stored. You will support the sales team by replenishing the floor after shipments and during peak periods.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This role may require lifting items and standing for extended periods on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom (or related work) experience.
• Experience with stockroom or retail operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Scan shipments as delivered and stock merchandise.
• Replenish sales floor and organize stockroom by department and category.
