Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring merchandise is ready for the selling floor. You will process inventory, verify deliveries, and keep the stock room organized to enhance the shopping experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to company policies, and collaboration with store teams to meet UPH targets and loss prevention standards while upholding the Boot Barn heritage

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom or retail inventory management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work with store teams to maintain product flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing incoming and outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant with company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and maintain signage.
• Tag and label items per policies as needed.
• Input freight information into appropriate systems timely.
• Support RTVs, transfers, and markdowns per procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized stock room and comply with policies.
