Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You’ll help keep the sales floor stocked and ensure accurate inbound and outbound inventory, enabling smooth replenishment and a positive customer experience.

You’ll handle tagging, input of freight information, RTVs, transfers, and keeping a clean stock room while complying with company policies and state laws. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Maintain neat, organized stock room and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor per ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per Company policies.
• Maintain productivity aiming for UPH targets.
• Keep stock room clean and compliant with Company/State guidelines.
• Adhere to all local, state and federal laws and Company policies.
