White Oak Medical Center, part of Adventist HealthCare, is hiring an experienced Stockroom Clerk to join the Materials Management team in Montgomery County, MD. The role ensures timely stocking, order fulfillment, and store organization to support hospital operations.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma and 1–2 years of warehousing or inventory experience, with full-time hours (40 per week) from Thursday to Monday, day shift, including weekends according to the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or materials management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pick, and distribute inventoried stock items to maintain par levels.
• Restock floor shelving, fill orders and respond to requests for supplies.
• Know where all items are kept in the Storeroom and assist customers.
• Interact with internal and external customers for supply needs.
• Help keep storeroom clean and organized.
• Ensure supplies are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Distribute non-stock deliveries as needed.
