Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Stocking Crew Associate to join our Morton, IL team. You will distribute merchandise to the right areas and assist in stocking shelves, as well as unloading freight and supporting daily store operations.

The role requires strong communication, prior retail experience preferred, and the ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend. A background check is required. Blain’s offers a competitive benefits package and a 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Distribute merchandise to appropriate areas and stock shelves.
• Assist in unloading freight and Blain trucks.
• Maintain stock in departments and return items to the warehouse.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Support other departments as needed.
