Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking a Stocker to stock, straighten department, clear aisles and provide customer service. This role includes cart retrieval, unloading and loading trucks, and assisting customers with loading items into their vehicles.

Position requires a High School Diploma or GED preferred; ability to operate a pallet jack, follow safety rules, and communicate with supervisors. Full-time role with evenings, weekends, and holidays; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with stocking and merchandising is desirable.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely as required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, straighten department, and keep aisles clear and clean.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Assist customers loading large items into their carts and vehicles.
• Retrieve carts, unload/load trucks, and position pallets with pallet jacks.
• Operate tools and equipment safely per procedures.
• Follow safety and security guidelines at all times.
