Job summary

Three Bears Alaska Inc. is seeking a Stocker in Healy, AK to stock and straighten the department, assist customers, and manage loading/unloading trucks. The role involves pallet jack use, display setup, and ensuring safety and merchandising standards are followed.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading freight, and providing prompt customer service. Opportunities exist for part-time or full-time schedules with benefits and an annual raise program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail stocking and forklift operation is desirable.
• Ability to follow merchandising standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and straighten department to maintain display quality.
• Unload and load trucks, and move pallets with pallet jack.
• Assist customers, provide product knowledge, and help with loading to vehicles.
• Set up and modify displays for safe handling and visibility.
• Maintain clean aisles, push carts, and support front-end duties as needed.
