Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a store associate to stock, straighten the department, and keep aisles clear while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist customers with loading large items, retrieve carts, and help unload and load trucks using a pallet jack or forklift.

The role requires following merchandising standards, operating display equipment, and ensuring accurate signage. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a diverse,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail stocking or merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Stock and straighten department; keep aisles clear and stocked.
• Assist customers and provide loading help for large items.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift for unloading/loading trucks.
• Set up and modify displays for safe handling and visibility.
• Follow safety procedures and use required equipment (box knife, wrap, baler).
