Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking a store Stocker to stock shelves, straighten departments, and assist customers in a Alaska store. You will unload and load freight, operate a forklift or pallet jack, and ensure displays are correctly set and signs are accurate.

Role requires following safety guidelines, collaborating with supervisors, and supporting multiple store departments as needed. Part-time and full-time schedules include evenings and weekends with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with stocking and display setup preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Commitment to safety procedures and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and straighten department; maintain high product levels.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and assist customers with loading items.
• Unload/load freight using forklift and pallet jack; stage products in assigned areas.
• Set up and modify displays for safe handling and visibility, ensuring signage is correct.
• Follow safety guidelines; retrieve carts and maintain clean aisles.
