Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a part-time stocker to support stocking, merchandising, and customer assistance in a grocery setting. The role involves loading/unloading trucks, setting up displays, and ensuring safe, accessible product presentation.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work evenings and weekends. Experience with forklift and pallet jack operation is preferred, along with strong attention to safety procedures and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to perform stocking, loading and unloading duties.
• Ability to follow merchandising standards and deadlines.
• Effective communication with supervisors regarding priorities.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50–75 pounds.
• Follows safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Assist customers by loading items into carts and vehicles.
• Move pallets using forklift or pallet jack.
• Unload and load freight trucks as needed.
• Ensure correct product signage and pricing.
• Set up and modify display models for safety and accessibility.
• Wrap, label, and tag pallets for transport.
• Retrieve shopping carts and assist customers throughout the store.
