Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a diligent stocker to stock and straighten merchandise, rotate perishables, and monitor expiration dates to ensure products on the floor stay fresh. You will also assist customers, retrieve carts, and help load items into customers' vehicles.

The role requires using the forklift and pallet jack, setting up displays, and following safety guidelines. Flexible part-time and full-time shifts with evening/weekends are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail stocking or grocery merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to operate basic store equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Stock and straighten merchandise; rotate perishables and monitor expiration dates.
• Assist customers, retrieve carts, and load products into vehicles.
• Unload/load trucks and use forklift or pallet jack as needed.
• Set up and modify displays and ensure correct product signage.
