• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet the business needs of the store, including early mornings and off hours.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle bulky merchandise.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Keep stockroom organized and efficient.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and replenishing the salesfloor.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Adhere to dress code and company branding on the salesfloor.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to company initiatives.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shift with a positive, can-do attitude.
