Job summary

Kirkland's in Bellevue, TN is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment and price changes. This role demands a high level of organization and a sense of urgency.

You will receive merchandise, maintain an organized stockroom, execute markdowns, and support driving profitable sales while protecting company assets and upholding the brand across shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet store needs (often early mornings and off hours).
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise regularly.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and supporting the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism; uphold brand by dressing according to code.
• Maintain high commitment and support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
