Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to maintain accurate stock levels across the store.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliable scheduling, and adherence to safety rules while supporting branding and store initiatives. No prior experience is required, but physical ability to lift and move merchandise is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times
• Demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland's Home Values
