Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results oriented and driven to succeed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Ability to read and follow company directives and manuals
• Professional attitude and adherence to dress code
• Physically capable of lifting 45 lbs and climbing ladders

Responsibilities

• Assist in receipt of merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Support in stockroom to salesfloor replenishment and price changes
• Help drive profitable sales while protecting company assets
• Maintain personal accountability for performance
• Provide respectful, professional customer interactions on the salesfloor
• Contribute to company's initiatives and brand standards
• Take initiative to process shipments promptly
• Report for shifts with a positive, can-do attitude
• Support Kirkland's Home Values during all shifts
