Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member in Kissimmee, FL to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency.

You will support price changes, handle merchandise safely, and maintain an orderly stockroom while delivering friendly customer service. This is an entry-level, full-time position with weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; stock experience is a plus.
• Must be energetic, results driven and competitive.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stock shelves.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Keep the stockroom organized and efficient.
• Assist with product stocking, markdowns, and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Take accountability for individual performance.
• Provide respectful, professional customer service on the salesfloor and follow dress code.
• Support company initiatives and Kirkland's Home Values.
• Communicate with shifts to ensure timely shipments.
