Job summary

The Brand House Collective in Ohio is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. The role requires high organization and urgency.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized stockroom, and replenishing shelves. Weekend/evening work is required; physical lifting and ladder use may be needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Must be able to follow company directives and manuals.
• Must be able to work early mornings and off-hours when needed.
• Capable of lifting and moving 45 pounds or more.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stock shelves.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Stock and replenish merchandise on sales floor; execute markdowns.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and personal accountability.
• Treat customers with respect and adhere to dress code.
• Support company initiatives and brand standards.
• Process shipments promptly and efficiently.
