Job summary

Kirkland’s is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will support price changes and maintain a quick, organized work pace to meet daily store needs.

Responsibilities emphasize safe handling of merchandise, a friendly customer approach, and reliability during shifts. No experience is required, but stock experience is a plus; weekend/evening availability helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Requires physical strength to lift/move merchandise and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and promptly.
• Keep stockroom organized and stockroom flow efficient.
• Assist in shop floor replenishment and price changes.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude during shifts.
• Treat customers with respect and adhere to brand dress code.
