Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and stockroom replenishment. This role requires strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency to keep the salesfloor well-stocked.

Key duties include receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized stockroom, and supporting price changes and markdowns while ensuring customer-facing areas reflect brand standards.

Qualifications

• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to climb ladders and move bulky merchandise.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
