Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to service the Stock Plan Services team. You will be the primary client contact for SPS' financial reporting, handling data processing, scheduling, and ad-hoc requests to meet client needs.

You will train clients on Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and reporting dashboards, while collaborating with SPS product and operations teams to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills are required.
• CEP level 1 encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support SPS financial reporting data processing and reporting per client schedule.
• Train client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation and dashboards.
• Assist with client reporting and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Develop benchmarks and standard methodologies across the client base.
