Job summary

Surge Staffing is hiring for a Stock Picker & Packer to support warehouse operations on multiple shifts. You will pick, pack and stock products to fulfill customer orders with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes safe, organized work practices, adherence to procedures, and reliable attendance. Shift availability includes evenings and overnight hours, with mandatory overtime and a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, picking, packing or stocking preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.

Stock Picker & Packer

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:50 PM - 9:00 AM
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday
• Mandatory Overtime Required

Position Overview

The Stock Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and stocking products within the warehouse. This role helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Pick products accurately using scanners and/or pick lists.
• Pack and label orders for shipment.
• Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy.
