Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and standard practices.
• In the absence of the department manager, manage department operations.
• Maintain a neat appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Coach associates to meet service standards and expectations.
• Use financial reports, scheduling, and business information systems.
• Maintain department merchandising, pricing, and coding standards.
• Ensure training and sanitation/food safety standards are followed.
• Support safety guidelines and communicate any repairs or maintenance needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks and department records.
